Saunders County Historical Museum

About

The Museum complex is home to a log home, a one room school house and a county church all built back in the 1800’s, plus the smallest Post Office in Nebraska. Learn about Carl ‘Titanic’ Johnson who survived the icy ship wreck, Sam Crawford who played major league baseball with the Chicago White Sox and Darryl Zanuck, the founder of 20th Century Fox. The motion picture pioneer produced classics like The Grapes of Wrath and All About Eve which you can watch in the mini theater set up inside the museum.
