Paul Kulik

Paul is a foodie’s foodie. He’s the owner and head chef of Le Bouillon, a French restaurant in Omaha’s Old Market, known for comfort food from rural France. Born in Berlin and raised in Omaha, Paul began cooking in kitchens at the age of 15 and has been at the forefront of cutting-edge cuisine in Omaha. He has been honored as a James Beard finalist and recognized for his culinary excellence.
