For many years, Stokes smoldered in the dreams of two guys. They thought of warm tortillas, hand rolled enchiladas, crisp homemade salsas, oak-grilled steaks, cowboy beans….then, a Spark! Stokes opened its doors and its wood grill in the spring of 1997 to a city on the move. A city revitalized city, a city in need of perfect Southwestern food, and a place to get a great glass of wine.
