The Grey Plume restaurant is focused on seasonally-driven, contemporary American fare that places huge emphasis on sourcing ingredients from local farmers, ranchers and foragers. This award winning restaurant is led by Chef and Owner Clayton Chapman. The Grey Plume was awarded "The Greenest Restaurant in the Country" by the Green Restaurant Association in winter of 2010.
