Outstanding Manager of the Year: Includes managers in hotels, attractions, restaurant/catering or retail outlets/personal services.
Outstanding Service in Hotel Operations: Includes housekeeping, laundry, room attendant, and maintenance staff
Outstanding Guest Services - Hotel: Includes front desk, transportation, reservations, bell/porter, concierge, telephone operator, and gift shop staff
Best Front of the House: Includes servers, bartenders, cashiers, barista, and hosts
Best Heart of the House: Includes chefs, line cooks, salad prep, dishwashers, bussers, and other kitchen staff
Outstanding Service in Attraction Operations: Includes custodial, grounds keeping, maintenance, and other operations staff
Outstanding Guest Services - Attraction: Includes admission, gift shop, docent, administrative support, and other guest services staff
Outstanding Customer Service – Retail and Personal Services: Includes retail, spa, and salon staff from locally owned and national chain locations.
Outstanding Volunteer: Includes volunteers serving in a variety of capacities
Eligibility requirements: Nominees must be employed at a hotel, restaurant, caterer, attraction, spa, salon or retail shop in Douglas, Pottawattamie or Sarpy Counties.
Judging: One finalist will be chosen from each of the three counties, with a winner selected by a committee of hospitality peers from the three finalists in each category. The nomination must explain how the nominee is:
