About Us
At Monolithic Brewing, we’re carved from a single shared vision — delivering high-quality, well-crafted beers. As a small-batch brewery, we serve our beers only in our taproom. We don’t distribute, meaning we can afford to push boundaries, to take chances, to fail, and try again.
We offer a variety of flavors and styles from light sessionable beers, to IPAs, Stouts, Hard Seltzers, and everything in between. Driven by intuition and a passion for the artistry of brewing, we won’t quit until we make a beer you love, your sister loves, and your best friend’s persnickety neighbor loves. Our Beers
We brew everything in-house and maintain complete control of the entire brewing, canning and storing process so that we can consistently deliver fresh batches of beer. Featured here are our always-on core beers. You’ll find that we offer something for everyone. We are constantly dreaming up new brews and rotating seasonal beers so be sure to check out our full “On Tap” menu or stop by the taproom to see what’s on.
Feisty Walrus Brown Ale
A classic English style brown ale with roasty, toasty flavors of caramel and chocolate. Named after the alter ego of Head Brewer Shane’s friend, Daniel Stewart. This quickly became a house favorite. 4.6% ABV.
Meister Hefeweizen
The brainchild of Head Brewer Shane and longtime home brewing partner Brian Corey, this beer is a traditional German Hefeweizen made with German malts, hops and yeast. Flavors of clove, bananas, and bubble gum. 5.3% ABV.
Juice City Sessions Series
A rotating Session Hazy IPA series. The base beer is the same but the hop blend changes sometimes featuring a single hop or a combination of hop varieties. 5.3% ABV.
Fruity Kettles Series
A rotating kettle sour Gose series. The base beer is the same but the fruit blend changes. We use real fruit resulting in a refreshing, slightly sour and salty profile. 4.9%-5.4% ABV.
Monolithic Light
A classic American Light Lager. Exceptionally smooth and drinkable. 4.3% ABV.

Taproom
Whether your new to craft beer or a fan favorite, come explore the various flavors Monolithic Brewing offers in our taproom. If you’re not sure what you like or just looking to try something new, we love helping our customers discover their unique taste. We constantly experiment with beer styles and methods just for fun, so you can expect to find something new on tap every time you visit us. Plus, we offer 32oz. to-go crowlers of all our beers.
We have spacious indoor and outdoor patio seating. The large, outdoor patio overlooks a pond with two water features. Grab a drink, kick back and relax.
