Hand-cut twice-fried Fries, Three Day Cassoulet with housemade sausage, ham and confit duck; Oregon Pink Shrimp in crème fraîche over house-baked bread; Three-bone onion broth, foie gras and Comté cheese French Onion Soup; and a crispy interpretation of paella called "Arroz a la Plancha" stuffed with braised meat and local mushrooms are all specialties.
