Next to the new Blue Barn Theatre in Omaha’s Little Italy, Via Farina serves carefully crafted pasta and pizza. Paul Kulik, a James Beard nominated chef and owner of Le Bouillon, has collaborated alongside the Maven Social Group to create this new Italian experience. Per Kulik's style, Via Farina’s food is selectively sourced, the pasta is made in-house, and the pizza is baked inside a custom wood-fire oven. Whether it's the thoughtfully selected wine, cocktail and beer list; a wonderful Rocket R58 espresso machine; or the 3-day process it takes to create the pizza dough, Via puts the extra work and thought into their routine, not because they’re fancy, but because it just tastes better. It’s about carrying a light heart, all while making serious food.
