Where to See Live Music in Omaha 

The Slowdown opened in 2007 as an indie rock venue from the people behind Saddle Creek Records. The Admiral, formerly Sokol Auditorium, books local and touring acts. In Benson, The Waiting Room Lounge hosts local, national and international acts nearly every night. Reverb Lounge and The Sydney are also in the neighborhood. Downtown, Steelhouse Omaha is a live music venue managed by Omaha Performing Arts and booked by Live Nation. Jewell on Capitol and North Omaha Music and Arts host jazz artists. The B. Bar and Pageturners Lounge are bars with performances from local musicians. 

Theaters and Arena Concerts

Omaha Performing Arts  presents Broadway, jazz, blues, dance and comedy at the Orpheum Theater and Holland Performing Arts Center. CHI Health Center Omaha, the downtown arena, seats 18,300 and hosts national tours. 

Free Outdoor Concerts in Summer 

Jazz on the Green brings Latin, reggae and big band music to Turner Park at Midtown Crossing every Thursday night in summer. Free outdoor concerts run elsewhere in Omaha through the season.
