Omaha Visitors Center

The Omaha Visitors Center is open during the following times:

Tuesday - Saturday*: 10am - 4pm

Sunday: 11am - 2pm

Closed Mondays and on all major holidays.

*NOTE: Open 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily from Friday, June 14 to Friday, June 21, 2024 and Monday, June 24 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. during the NCAA Men's College World Series.

Friendly ambassadors are on standby to offer recommendations on where to eat and what to do in Omaha. The Omaha Visitors Center also offers a variety of "Omaha" and locally made retail items and souvenirs for sale, including water bottles, holiday ornaments, beer tasting glasses, coffee mugs and more.

We also assist visitors by phone. Omaha Visitors Center staff will be happy to answer your questions at 402-444-4660 (Option 1) Monday-Friday from 8:00am-4:00pm or you can email anytime.

American Sign Language services are available.
