Tour Schedule: Sundays: 1pm, 2pm, 3pm Mondays: 10:30am, 11:30am, 12:30pm Thursdays: 2pm Tours are currently limited to ten guests (first-come, first-served). Masks will be worn by all guests, docents, and staff. Hand sanitizer stations will be available along the tour route. Please call 402-595-2199 for weekday tours by appointment. This Scottish Baronial four story, 35-room mansion was built in 1903 as the private home of George and Sarah Joslyn. It was designed by prominent architect John McDonald and also features a conservatory designed by Jens Jensen. The Castle is situated on 5.5 acres of park-like grounds. It is on the National Register of Historic Places and is the first historic landmark site of the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum.
