This Scottish Baronial four story, 35-room mansion was built in 1903 as the private home of George and Sarah Joslyn. It was designed by prominent architect John McDonald and also features a conservatory designed by Jens Jensen. The Castle is situated on 5.5 acres of park-like grounds. It is on the National Register of Historic Places and is the first historic landmark site of the Nebraska Statewide Arboretum.
