The Omaha Design Center was created by event planners for event planners. They feature polished concrete floors, white leather soft seating, 50-inch chandeliers, 2 miles of sheer fabric draping and color-changing LED-lighting. Use of green rooms (for special guests, bridal parties, etc.) Complimentary Amenities: Standard furniture (750 chairs, 10 x 6ft & 20 x 8ft banquet tables, 75 x 72 inch round tables and 6 high top cocktail tables). Parking in front & rear of the building. Projector & projector screen (DIY operation), Wifi access, professional house sound system and a stage (up to 6 staging units).
