Reporting to the Senior Director of Education and Visitor Services, the Camps Coordinator will lead the creation, launch, and ongoing management of the Luminarium’s new camp program. This position will be responsible for developing a safe, engaging, and inclusive camp experience that reflects the museum’s mission to inspire lifelong learning through the exploration of science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). The ideal candidate is both a strategic planner and a hands-on implementer, someone who can build systems from the ground up, recruit, train, and manage staff, collaborate across departments, and ensure a high quality experience for all campers and families. |
