Can you assist with setting up interviews?
Yes. Please contact our Communications Director to secure a Visit Omaha spokesperson or to be connected with the appropriate party.
Does Visit Omaha provide destination photography and b-roll (raw video footage) for media use?
Yes. Through this media library, Visit Omaha makes digital assets available for working media or promoting conventions held in the Omaha metropolitan area.
How should Visit Omaha be credited for these materials?
Please reference the organization as Visit Omaha. Photo credit for photos and videos should read “Courtesy of Visit Omaha."
Does Visit Omaha provide assistance to traveling journalists?
Yes, when the purpose of the visit is to promote Omaha as tourism or meeting destination. To get started, fill out the Media Trip Request Form. To allow sufficient time for partner approval, a minimum of two weeks’ notice is required for all media assisted visits. Bloggers and Internet media will be evaluated on analytics and content to determine the level of assistance provided.
Can you provide passes to Omaha concerts, performances, festivals and attractions?
While Visit Omaha can provide complimentary passes to many of Omaha’s attractions, complimentary or media rate arrangements are at the discretion of our partners and may not always be available.
Does Visit Omaha participate in radio, print or television promotions, prizes or giveaways?
We receive many requests throughout the year, and enjoy participating in these promotions when we can. Please contact Visit Omaha’s VP of Marketing & Communications at jgoodwin@visitomaha.com to discuss our capabilities and offerings.
