30hop
30hop is an American bar and kitchen serving scratch-made food, craft cocktails and local draft beer. Starters include truffle fries, loaded guac and chips, and buffalo cauliflower. Tacos come in four styles: Baja fish, chicken, grilled shrimp and carnitas. Burgers range from the Classic to the Umami, topped with pepper jack and pickled jalapeño. Sticky rice bowls include the ahi poke and the seared salmon zen bowl. Desserts include a six-layer chocolate cake and a blueberry cheesecake. 30hop plans to serve select dishes during Omaha Restaurant Week.
