Blue & Fly Asian Kitchen
Prepare for big flavors at Blue & Fly. Many of the traditional dishes use “mala” spice – a combination of Sichuan peppercorns and dried chilis that create an aromatic and mouth watering effect on the palate. While both American-style and traditional menus are offered, their traditional menu features authentic Chinese dishes from southwestern and northeastern regions. Owners Sun Yi and Cong Yue (“Joe”) are a married couple – and Joe is a U.S. military veteran – who treat their customers like family. Non-spicy dishes are also available – like handmade steamed dumplings, savory scallion pancakes, braised pork belly and sweet and sour fish.
