Located in the Old Market Entertainment District, Gather in Omaha serves artisanal American dishes using ingredients from its on-site hydroponic vertical farm. Small plates allow guests to sample a variety of tasty bites including za’atar roasted baby carrots, mushroom toast with melted brie, crispy Brussels and more. Homegrown greens are treated to dazzlingly tasty dressings and toppings, like figs and farro, herbed goat cheese and white balsamic vinaigrette. Beef, chicken, pork, fish and pasta mains are artfully plated. Even sides are carefully considered – try bone marrow fried rice or miso heirloom black-eyed peas and greens.
