Goose 120 serves new American cuisine with a modern Italian twist. Eat, drink and celebrate with a focused menu of starters, flatbreads, salads, sandwiches and full plates. The prosciutto arugula salad is beautifully presented with candied pecans, crisp apples, red onion, shaved romano and balsamic dressing. A white bolognese pasta has a slow-cooked beef-veal-pork mix with a sherry cream sauce. Or choose from tasty flatbreads – like roasted wild mushrooms, mozzarella and fontina. Delicious mains include steak, seafood and chicken options. Sandwiches are served with hand-cut fries. A generous wine list, cocktails and beer are also available. End the night on a sweet note with tiramisu, hazelnut crème brulée or a lemon tart.
