Herbe Sainte

Inspired by the flavors and vibe of New Orleans, Herbe Sainte serves big Cajun/Creole flavors and strong cocktails at Aksarben Village. Spread out at a table, cozy up on a couch inside, or head outdoors to people-watch on the patio. New Orleans fare includes gumbo, crab cakes, muffuletta, jambalaya and étouffée, among other dishes on their regular menu. Desserts feature a King Cake bread pudding. Seasonal cocktails by the bartender keep things fresh and exciting – whether it’s a tequila-based drink with strawberry liqueur and guajillo-serrano syrup and lime juice or a chamomile-infused gin with honey simple syrup and lemon juice. Classic drinks, like a hurricane, daiquiri, old fashioned, and Pimm’s cup, are also available and will pair beautifully with a three-course meal.
