The Herbe Sainte menu is based on traditional New Orleans craft cocktail and culinary fundamentals that are then amplified, mixed and muted with influences from many different Cajun/Creole flavors until they are something new. We attempt to stretch the boundaries of creativity to develop cocktails and small plates that are surprising but hold true to the roots of NOLA.
