J. Gilbert’s Wood-Fired Steaks & Seafood is a swanky restaurant known for its stellar service, cozy bar, Midwestern-raised USDA Prime Aged and Certified Black Angus beef and exceptional seafood preparations. Last year’s Restaurant Week offerings included a wedge, house or caesar salad or a Maryland crab bisque for a first course. Six second courses included a top sirloin, maple plank roasted salmon or jumbo lump crab cakes – all with perfectly paired sides. The dessert course featured a vanilla bean creme brulee, chocolate velvet cake, berries & cream or carrot cake. Stay tuned to see what they have in stored for 2024 Omaha Restaurant Week.
