Nick’s Quorum Bar & Supper Club is a lively and elevated downtown Omaha restaurant inspired by the historic Saint Nicholas Claim House of 1854. The team at Nick’s Quorum brings “a modern supper club with no membership required” with the cozy and welcoming aspects of a traditional supper club enhanced with sophisticated touches. The kitchen is led by Culinary Director Marvin Woods and Executive Chef Cynthia Long, and the menu features fresh interpretations of supper club classics like Signature Roasted Prime Rib with Yorkshire Pudding, served tableside; and the juicy, flavorful “Broasted” Chicken. Entrées are served with relish trays, a nod to the traditional, beloved supper club accompaniments. The beverage selection features cocktail classics such as the Brown Sugar Brandy Old Fashioned, Dean Martin Martini, and Lavender Lemon Drop, as well as playful recreations of after-dinner drinks like the Pink Squirrel and Grasshopper and progressive wine list.
