Handhelds come in satisfying options – from birria tacos to a club sandwich, chicken pesto flatbread to a buffalo chicken melt. Nebraska beef plays a starring role among the entrees. Guests enjoy the Nebraska hot beef sandwich – slow-roasted certified Angus shortrib with rich brown gravy served with mashed potatoes. Fish and chicken entrees are also on the regular menu. Dessert includes fried ice cream, apple crisp or New York cheesecake. A full bar is available.
