The menu features an array of dining options all expertly prepared with local meats and produce. Specialties include Three Day Cassoulet with housemade sausage, ham, and confit duck; Oregon pink shrimp in crème fraîche over house-baked bread; three-bone onion broth, foie gras, and comté cheese French Onion Soup; and a crispy interpretation of paella called Arroz a la Plancha stuffed with braised meat and local mushrooms.
