Welcome to Pasta Amore, a comfy, cozy, ultra-homey trattoria offering a menu of classic and contemporary Italian favorites. The charming owner, Leo Fascianella, considers himself an artist and his menu a list of “edible paintings.” The proof is in the loyal customer base he’s developed over the restaurant’s 30+ years.

The Fascianella’s small farm provide fresh produce and chickens for the restaurant’s menu. Making Pasta Amore one of the first farm-to-table restaurants in the metro. So each award-winning recipe is made with the finest, freshest ingredients. And the mouth-watering, stick-to-the-sauce pasta is made the old-country way — on pasta machines imported from Sicily.

The staff firmly believes in making each guest understand the family’s favorite Italian saying, “Chi si volta, e chi si gira, sempre a casa va finire.” Which means, “No matter where you go or turn, you will always end up at home.” So make the journey to Omaha for this hearty meal.
