Located in Omaha's Old Market Entertainment District, Le Bouillon specializes in modern farm-to-table French cuisine. Enjoy daily oyster happy hours and watch as skilled chefs crack open the area's freshest oysters and shave dry-cured hams and salamis. Allow the knowledgeable staff to assist in navigating the extensive French wine list or select a handcrafted cocktail.

The menu features an array of dining options all expertly prepared with local meats and produce. Specialties include Three Day Cassoulet with housemade sausage, ham, and confit duck; Oregon pink shrimp in crème fraîche over house-baked bread; three-bone onion broth, foie gras, and comté cheese French Onion Soup; and a crispy interpretation of paella called Arroz a la Plancha stuffed with braised meat and local mushrooms. The menu changes based on availability and inspiration.
